Commercial Project Management- Amazon
Procurement Manager(MKC6, FOE1) responsible for sourcing, procuring and managing vendors contracted to do renovations and repairs in partnership with the landlord (CBRE).
Owns Middle Spend Projects. Conducts sourcing events for middle spend purchases (10k-1M) to ensure the goods or services result in cost-savings for the sites.
Commercial Property Management- Amazon.
Partners with Category, Global Supplier Management teams and CBRE (landlord) annually to source, negotiate and review contracts for the main suppliers providing services at the Amazon KCK sites.
Product Launch Projects- Amazon & Target
Part of various project management teams involved with new products, change management and new equipment installations at Amazon.
Target UDC (2018-2023) worked with project teams to successful launch Ulta Make-up at Target stores).

Manages renovation projects for home owners making improvements to rent or sell.
Uses agile project management method to adapt and collaborate with the clients.
Assesses value to be added to the homes and risks involved during estimations and take-offs. Sources for goods and technicians to execute the renovations, while managing risks and budget.
